These Terms govern your access to and use of the QuickShout platform and services. By using QuickShout, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• Use QuickShout only for lawful commercial purposes.
• Do not generate or distribute content that is harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes rights.
• Do not interfere with platform operation or security.

Account Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you provide. AI-generated content is owned by the user unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for legal compliance regarding media usage and distribution.

Text Messages (SMS)

• QuickShout texts a one-time code to the mobile number you enter when you build a free page or confirm a page is yours. One message is sent for each code you request.
• If you separately opt in to other texts from QuickShout, how often they are sent is described where you opt in.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email quickshout@quickshout.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
