This Privacy Policy describes how QuickShout (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

What We Collect

• Marketing activity (email/SMS campaign data, delivery stats)

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share minimal information with trusted service providers for email delivery, analytics, hosting, payments, and support—each bound by confidentiality agreements. This never includes your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent (see Text Messages below).

Text Messages (SMS)

When you give us your mobile number — to build or confirm a business page, or to verify your account — we use it only to text you the one-time code you asked for. One message is sent per request. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Connected Accounts

If you own a business page on QuickShout, you can connect accounts you already use. You choose each one, approve it on that service's own sign-in screen, and can disconnect it at any time.

• Square (read-only): your items and their categories, prices and short descriptions; your business name; your location's city and state (never your street address or phone number); and the address of your Square Online store. We never take payments, create orders or change anything in your Square account.
• Calendly (read-only): your name, your booking page address, and the booking types you have made public (their names, lengths and descriptions). We never book, cancel or change anything in your Calendly account.
• Google Calendar: when you were busy, so your page can offer open times — never the titles, details or guests of your events — and permission to add an event to your calendar each time a customer books with you on your page. We never read, change or delete any other event.

We use this only to run your page: to show your menu, products and booking buttons, and to let your page’s assistant answer customers’ questions about them. To write those answers, what we read from Square and Calendly is sent to the AI service that powers the assistant. Nothing from your Google Calendar is. We don’t sell any of it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

The keys that let us read your accounts are stored encrypted. We refresh what we read about once a day while the account stays connected. When you press Disconnect, we cancel our access with that service and delete what we stored from it. You can also end our access from the service itself (in Square, Calendly or your Google Account settings).

QuickShout’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage & Retention

Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal requirements. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent where applicable

Security

We apply industry-standard security controls to protect your data. While no system is infallible, we continuously improve our safeguards to reduce risk.

Children’s Privacy

QuickShout is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, we will delete it promptly.

This policy may change. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
